Custom Product Policy: Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once approved, except in cases of production error as outlined above.
Non-Custom Product Returns: Non-custom items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
