1- Instant Buy – Choose Pre-Made Products

If you’re in a hurry or simply love one of our pre-made designs, head straight to our Instant Buy section. These items are already designed, printed, and packaged, ready to ship. Just add them to your cart and go—no extra customization is needed!

2-Pick the Product First

If you already have a product in mind that you want customized, follow these steps:

• Browse our Custom Order Store: Look through our selection of customizable items to find the perfect base product.
• Request a Quote: Once you’ve found an item you love, click the Request Quote button beneath the item to tell us about your vision. You can:
• Choose an Image: Select an image from our Image Vault or upload your own picture.
• Share Your Ideas: Tell us what you envision, and we’ll use the information to create a truly one-of-a-kind product just for you.

3-Pick the Image First

Do you have a favorite image and want to decide on the product later?

• Search our Image Vault: Explore our image library until you find something you love. Note the image number, which will start with PP followed by four digits (e.g., PP4321).
• Pick a Product: Head to our Custom Order Store and choose an item you’d like the image to be placed on. Follow the steps in Number 2 above to request a quote.
  
  

4- Not Sure Which Product to Choose?

If you can’t decide on just one item, or if you:

• Need Help Deciding: After selecting an image from the vault, you can contact us for help choosing the best product to showcase it.
• Want to Design a Custom Item: Request an item we may not have listed.
• Want a Quote for Multiple Pieces: Let us know if you need a bulk order or want multiple items for gifts or events.
• Simply go to the Contact Us tab, and we’ll assist you with every step of the process to bring your vision to life.

5- Custom Clothing Requests For clothing specifically:

• Go to the Custom Clothing tab to request a quote.
• Tell Us What You Want: Describe the type of clothing you’re interested in (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies) and the design you have in mind.
• Choose Your Image: You can upload a personal image or pick one from our Image Vault.

6- The Design Process

Once we receive your request for a design, we will create a mockup—sometimes providing you with a few different options. We will then send the mockup to you for review. We will tweak the mockup until you are absolutely in love with the design. We do not print any item until we have confirmation that you are 100% happy with the design, so communication is key to ensure you receive your product in a timely manner.

Please make sure you are watching your phone for our call and checking your email (including your spam/junk folder) so no communication is missed. For even more convenience, we also have WhatsApp available for instant messaging to keep in touch and get your product just right.
