Non-Custom Orders: Processed within 3-5 business days.
Custom Orders: Each custom order receives an individualized processing timeline based on the order’s requirements.
Shipping Costs: Flat-rate shipping applies to non-custom items. Custom orders receive a shipping quote based on order specifics.
Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages:
Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Patriot Printz & Personalizations LLC is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or for locating these items. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you for redelivery, which may incur additional fees.
Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned to us due to being unclaimed or refused by the recipient will be subject to additional shipping fees for redelivery. Unclaimed packages will be held for 14 days before being refunded, minus original shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We aim to ensure safe delivery. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or upon receiving a damaged package.
Insurance and Claims: Most packages are insured. If insurance applies, customers must complete all necessary steps to file a claim to qualify for replacement or refund.
