Custom Orders and Design Approvals

1. Design Approval Responsibility: All custom items require your explicit, written approval before production. You are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the design, including all personalization details. Once approved, designs are final and no changes can be made. Custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a discrepancy between the approved design and the final product.
2. Our Commitment to Quality: In the rare event that a production error causes the final product to differ from the approved design, we will work with you to correct the issue.
3. Full Payment Requirement: All custom orders must be paid in full before production begins. This ensures streamlined processing and avoids delays.
4. Rush Orders and Fees: Orders requested on a rush basis may incur additional fees. Please inquire about rush order availability if needed.

Communication and Service Denial

1. Clear Communication: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we require prompt and open communication throughout the design and approval process. Inability to reach you may result in delays or potential order cancellation.
